You may have noticed the change in appearance of our web site. The Greensboro York Rite web site is powered by WordPress, the most widely used content management system in the world. The very attractive theme we have been using for the last several years is no longer maintained by the developer and is not compliant with newer standards. As a result, we will be required to redesign the visual appearance of our web site. Stay tuned.
We would like to invite you to the Greensboro York Rite Bodies Annual York Rite Christmas Observance on Wed, Dec 7, 2016, at 7:30 PM. This event is open to the public and is a beautiful service. NOTE: If you have a Templar uniform, please wear it.
This year we are indeed fortunate to be entertained by Duke University’s a cappella group, “Something Borrowed, Something Blue” They are all students at Duke and are simply amazing. Our Christmas Message will be delivered by the Rev. Gene Cobb, Grand Master-Elect of the Grand Lodge of North Carolina and Senior Pastor of Saint Luke’s United Methodist Church in Sanford NC. Refreshments and snacks will follow the service.
Again, if you have a Templar uniform, please wear it. We hope to see you there!
